Bilingual Leasing Consultant – Property Management

Location: Dallas, TX 75203

Schedule: Monday through Saturday

Position Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Leasing Consultant (English/Spanish) to support leasing operations and provide excellent service to prospective and current residents. This role helps maintain strong occupancy and ensures a positive experience for our diverse community.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents with tours, applications, and leasing information
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer communication
• Process applications, prepare lease agreements, and ensure accurate documentation
• Support resident relations by addressing questions and concerns professionally
• Assist with marketing efforts, online listings, and community outreach
• Maintain a clean, organized leasing office and model units

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Basic computer skills; property management software experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
