Key Responsibilities:

• Complete daily maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Perform routine property inspections to identify potential maintenance or safety issues
• Clean and maintain exterior areas of the property including sidewalks, parking lots, dumpster enclosures and grounds
• Assist with the upkeep of common areas and amenities (pool area, dog parks, etc)
• Complete make readies / unit turns as needed
• Support the on-site Property Manager with other duties as assigned
• Ensure outside vendors are completing work in an efficient way that meets Townhouse South’s standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience in multifamily maintenance required
• Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping the property looking its best
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and general electrical, plumbing and mechanical maintenance procedures
• Ability to complete a unit turn / make ready is REQUIRED (sheetrock patching, repairs, painting, etc)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (e.g., bending, walking, standing for long periods)
