BG Staffing is actively hiring TWO strong, experienced Certified Apartment Maintenance Technicians to support a busy community in Indianapolis. We need professionals who can handle work orders efficiently AND help get apartments move-in ready.

If you’ve got the skills and the work ethic, this is your chance to step into a solid, steady role.

🔑 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same:

• Completing general maintenance work orders in occupied units
• Performing make-ready/turns to prepare units for new residents
• Diagnosing and repairing issues across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
• Handling carpentry work (doors, trim, minor repairs/builds)
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and with quality
• Staying organized while managing multiple tasks and priorities

🛠️ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

⭐ Strongly Preferred:

• Solid hands-on experience in plumbing and carpentry
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently

✅ Ideal Candidate Also Has:

• Experience with electrical systems, appliances, and general maintenance
• HVAC Certification (HIGHLY preferred)
• Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Dependability and a “get it done” mindset
