Certified Maintenance Technician – Seguin, TX 78155

Our property management team is seeking a Certified Maintenance Technician to support daily operations across our community. If you’re dependable, safety‑minded, and committed to high‑quality work, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
• Complete work orders efficiently and document all services
• Conduct property inspections and identify preventative maintenance needs
• Assist with make‑ready units and ensure timely turnovers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized maintenance shop

Requirements

• EPA or HVAC certification required
• 2+ years of property maintenance experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to work on‑call rotation as needed
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
