BG Staffing is hiring a skilled Maintenance Tech to float between several apartment communities in the Ann Arbor area.

👉 This is NOT your typical sit-in-one-place role — you’ll be the go-to tech supporting multiple properties, keeping things running smoothly and residents happy.

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Tackle work orders & repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances)
• Handle make-readies & unit turns
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot issues like a pro
• Deliver great service with a strong, positive attitude

✅ What You Bring:

• Apartment or property maintenance experience 💪
• Reliable transportation (you’ll be traveling locally) 🚗
• Strong problem-solving skills 🔍
• EPA certification = a PLUS (not required)
