BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Property Manager (Lease-Up) to support a busy, fast-paced community in Waltham, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who can jump in immediately and confidently manage day-to-day operations while supporting the financial needs of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily property operations during an active lease-up
• Conduct property tours and engage with prospective residents
• Manage and code invoices accurately using client property management software
• Support financial operations, including budgeting awareness and expense tracking
• Ensure excellent customer service for residents and prospects
• Collaborate with ownership and vendors to maintain smooth operations
• Step in where needed to support a high-traffic, high-demand community

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Property Manager, preferably with lease-up communities
• Strong financial knowledge with hands-on experience coding invoices
• Familiarity with client-based property management software
• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Professional, organized, and customer-focused
