BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a well-established community in the Cincinnati area. This role is ideal for a reliable, hands-on professional who excels at apartment turns and takes pride in detailed, efficient work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete apartment turns thoroughly and efficiently
• Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, drywall, painting, appliances, etc.)
• Ensure units are move-in ready and meet quality standards
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Strong experience with apartment turns
• Prior apartment maintenance or industry experience required
• Must have own tools
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
