Pay Rate: $24.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Cincinnati, OH 45249

Employment Type: Full‑Time

Position Overview:

This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise and the ability to oversee maintenance operations while delivering top‑tier service. Ideal candidates will have deep experience in apartment maintenance and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily maintenance operations and support maintenance staff
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (certification required)
• Perform advanced electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general repairs
• Oversee work orders, preventive maintenance, and unit turns
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and property policies
• Communicate effectively with property management and residents

Requirements:

• HVAC Certification (Required)
• Extensive experience in apartment or multifamily maintenance
• Proven ability to lead and mentor maintenance team members
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Reliable, professional, and detail‑oriented
