🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Completing service requests efficiently and with attention to detail
• Performing apartment turns, ensuring units are move-in ready
• Troubleshooting and repairing maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, etc.)
• Maintaining a clean, professional work environment
• Delivering excellent service and communication with residents and team members

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Previous apartment maintenance or relevant industry experience REQUIRED
• Must be dependable, punctual, and take ownership of your work
• Own tools and reliable transportation are a must
• Professional, polished appearance and attitude
• Ability to jump in and work independently while supporting the team
