Multi-Site Property Manager

Location: Silver Spring, MD

Salary: $100,000 – $105,000

Are you a results-driven Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment? We’re seeking a seasoned leader to oversee multiple residential communities, drive financial performance, and lead high-performing teams.

This is an opportunity to take full ownership of operations, influence portfolio success, and make a measurable impact across properties.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations for multiple multifamily communities
• Drive financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
• Analyze reports to identify opportunities and improve NOI
• Lead, coach, and develop on-site teams to exceed performance goals
• Maximize occupancy through strategic leasing, marketing, and resident retention initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and all local/state regulations
• Manage rent collections, delinquencies, and lease enforcement
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and capital projects
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards
• Serve as the main point of contact for ownership, providing performance updates and insights

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience
• 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience managing large portfolios (1000+ units)
• Strong financial acumen (budgets, reporting, variance analysis)
• Knowledge of leasing, collections, and property operations
• Experience with property management software
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with affordable housing or mixed-income communities is a plus
