Tax Credit Leasing Consultant – Sacramento, CA ($24/hr)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $24 per hour

Location: Sacramento, CA

Dress Code: Professional attire required

We are seeking an experienced Affordable Housing Tax Credit Leasing Consultant to support our community in Sacramento. This role requires strong knowledge of tax credit compliance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a polished, professional presence in the leasing office.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing activities for an affordable housing community
• Process applications and ensure full compliance with Tax Credit/Affordable Housing regulations
• Complete income verifications, certifications, and required documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and residents
• Maintain organized, accurate files and records
• Assist with tours, move‑ins, and daily office operations

Requirements

• Must have Affordable Housing Tax Credit experience
• Strong attention to detail and compliance accuracy
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work full‑time, Monday through Friday
• Must dress professionally
