Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community grounds
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Clean breezeways, common areas, and exterior amenities
• Assist with landscaping tasks such as:
  • Mulching
  • Light trimming
  • Watering plants
• Support maintenance staff with basic tasks as needed
• Ensure the property remains safe, tidy, and welcoming for residents and visitors

Requirements

• Previous groundskeeping or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping areas clean
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the onsite team
