BG Staffing is seeking a skilled Certified Maintenance Technician to support a busy property in Greensboro, NC. This role is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional with strong technical knowledge and the ability to work independently.

Position Details

• Role: Certified Maintenance Technician
• Location: Greensboro, NC 27407
• Pay: $21–$22/hr
• Start Date: Immediately
• Interview: In‑person working interview required
• Schedule: Full‑time, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Perform general and advanced maintenance tasks across the property
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues
• Conduct HVAC maintenance and repairs
• Support pool operations and upkeep (CPO knowledge required)
• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
• Assist with unit turns and move‑out preparation as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with residents and property staff

Requirements

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and pool operations
• HVAC certification and/or CPO certification preferred
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of maintenance issues
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
