Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and dependable Make Ready Technician to support multiple properties in the Petersburg, VA area. This position involves traveling between scattered sites, so reliable transportation is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare vacant units for new residents
• Perform basic make-ready tasks such as painting, drywall repair, light plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
• Ensure all units meet quality and safety standards prior to move-in

Requirements:

• Prior make-ready or maintenance experience preferred
• Must have own transportation
• Valid, current Driver’s License required
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
