  • Mondays: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
  • Saturdays & Sundays: 10 AM–5 PM
• Opportunity Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing information
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury, fast‑paced environment
• Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and maintain accurate records
• Manage phone calls, emails, and daily office communication
• Support marketing efforts, outreach, and resident engagement activities
• Maintain a polished, professional, and welcoming leasing office
• Contribute to a smooth and efficient leasing process

Requirements

• Previous leasing or strong customer service experience preferred
• Professional, friendly, and outgoing demeanor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Comfortable using basic computer and property management software
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
