Tax Credit Leasing Specialist (HUD/50059 Experience Required)

We’re hiring a HUD‑experienced Tax Credit Leasing Specialist to support a community with property‑based vouchers (PBVs) — not Housing Choice Vouchers. This role requires full proficiency in 50059 certifications, recertifications, and HUD compliance.

Responsibilities

• Complete 50059 certifications and annual/interim recerts
• Process property‑based vouchers from start to finish
• Verify income, assets, and household composition
• Maintain accurate, audit‑ready resident files
• Assist with leasing, applications, and move‑ins

Requirements

• HUD/50059 experience REQUIRED
• Experience with property‑based vouchers (PBVs)
• Strong compliance, math, and documentation skills
• Affordable housing or Tax Credit experience preferred
