About the Opportunity

BG Staffing is seeking a personable and organized Administrative Assistant for a part‑time contract role in Clearwater, FL. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of office tasks and community outreach. You’ll represent our team by visiting nearby nursing homes, delivering treat bags, and sharing informational flyers with reception staff.

Responsibilities

• Visit local nursing homes to distribute treat bags and BG Staffing flyers
• Communicate professionally with receptionists and request placement of flyers in employee breakrooms
• Maintain a log of outreach visits and contacts
• Assist with light administrative tasks as needed
• Represent BG Staffing with professionalism, friendliness, and reliability

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, friendly demeanor when interacting with community partners
• Reliable transportation for local outreach visits
• Organized, punctual, and able to work independently
• Prior administrative or outreach experience is a plus
