BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager with Affordable Housing experience to support an apartment community in Tampa, FL (33607). This role is ideal for someone organized, professional, and confident in managing resident relations and compliance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily property operations and resident services
• Support leasing, renewals, and application processing
• Maintain compliance with Affordable Housing program requirements
• Handle rent collection, notices, and basic accounting tasks
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
• Support the Property Manager with administrative and operational needs

Requirements

• Affordable Housing experience required (LIHTC, HUD, or similar)
• Strong administrative and customer service skills
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
• Professional communication and problem‑solving abilities
