BG Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Apartment Certified Maintenance Technician for a multifamily apartment community in Reynoldsburg, OH. This is a full-time opportunity for a dependable, skilled technician looking for steady weekday hours.

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on apartment units and common areas
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with unit turns and make-readies
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, and general maintenance issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable and punctual
• Reliable transportation
