Position Overview

You will serve as the front-facing representative of the apartment community, engaging prospects, conducting tours, and supporting daily leasing operations. This role is ideal for someone with prior leasing experience who brings professionalism, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional apartment tours and engage prospective residents
• Process leasing applications and required documentation accurately
• Follow up with prospects to support leasing activity
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
• Maintain Fair Housing compliance and professional office standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior multifamily leasing experience required
• Polished, professional appearance and demeanor required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working occasional Saturdays
