Bilingual Property Manager (Spanish/English) – On‑Site | Contract

This is an immediate‑need, on‑site leadership role for a bilingual Property Manager who can take ownership of daily operations, lead by example, and maintain strong resident relationships. We are seeking a reliable, punctual professional with proven on‑site experience who can step in and keep the property running smoothly.

Start Date: Monday, 4/20

Location: Pompano Beach, FL 33069

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Pay Rate: $21/hour

Position Type: Contract

Job Description

• Oversee all day‑to‑day on‑site property operations
• Manage resident relations, address concerns, and enforce community policies
• Oversee rent collection, delinquency follow‑up, notices, and documentation
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors to ensure timely service and repairs
• Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, and overall property performance
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, company policies, and local regulations
• Maintain accurate records using property management software
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and staff in Spanish and English

Qualifications

• Apartment or multifamily on‑site Property Manager experience required
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• Proven track record of punctuality, reliability, and consistent attendance
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing compliance and resident relations
• Experience with rent collection, notices, and basic property financial oversight
• Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
