💰 Pay: $26.00/hour

🕗 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a large multifamily property with a high volume of turns. This is a Temp to permanent opportunity for a hands-on leader with proven experience managing maintenance teams in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a maintenance team of 6–8 technicians
• Oversee daily maintenance operations, work orders, and unit turns
• Manage a large property with heavy turn activity
• Ensure property standards, safety, and compliance are met
• Perform hands-on maintenance as needed

Requirements:

• Previous Maintenance Supervisor experience required
• Strong background managing maintenance staff (leadership experience is essential)
• Experience with large properties and high turn volume
• Must own personal power tools
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong organizational and communication skills

What We Offer:

• $26.00/hour
• Temp to Perm, full-time position
• Stable weekday schedule: M–F, 8–5
