BG Staffing is currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Apartment Leasing Consultant to support a residential community in Sheboygan, WI. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.

Position Overview

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and current residents. You’ll play a key role in leasing efforts, resident satisfaction, and daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and via email
• Conduct property tours and explain features, amenities, and lease terms
• Process rental applications and maintain accurate resident records
• Support lease renewals and move-in/move-out procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to current residents
• Assist with general office and administrative duties

Qualifications

• Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
