Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily maintenance work orders in a timely manner

• Assist with apartment/unit turns and move-in readiness

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas
• Work with vendors and follow all safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred
