BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join a well-established property management team in Ashland, MA. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity offering a consistent schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Position Overview

The Assistant Property Manager will support the day-to-day operations of a residential or mixed-use property, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth administrative operations, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily property operations and office management
• Support leasing activities, including resident interactions and documentation
• Handle resident inquiries, requests, and issue resolution professionally
• Assist with rent collection, reporting, and record-keeping
• Coordinate with maintenance and vendors as needed
• Ensure compliance with property policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Assistant Property Manager (required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
