Executive Director (Property Management)

Location: Winter Park, FL

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + Quarterly Performance Bonuses

We’re seeking an Executive Director to oversee all aspects of operations, financial performance, and team leadership for a multifamily property in Winter Park, FL. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to drive results while building a strong team culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and oversee daily operations of a large apartment community
• Manage full financial performance, including budgets, reporting, and expense control
• Supervise and develop on-site teams, including leasing and maintenance staff
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, quality, and curb appeal
• Oversee leasing activity, approvals, and resident relations
• Handle legal processes, including notices, evictions, and court appearances as needed
• Maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, and internal leadership
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Fair Housing regulations
• Investigate incidents and maintain proper documentation and reporting

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Property Management leadership experience (Property Manager or higher)
• Experience overseeing large communities
• Strong background in operations, financial management, and team leadership
• Ability to handle resident relations, conflict resolution, and legal processes
• Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
