Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

BG Staffing is currently seeking a dependable Porter/Groundskeeper for a contract position at a property in Toms River, NJ. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping a community clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, grounds, and walkways
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed
• Ensure property curb appeal is upheld daily
• Support on-site maintenance and management teams

Requirements

• Previous porter or groundskeeping experience preferred
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation
