Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

BG Staffing is currently seeking a skilled and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician for a community in Madison, WI. This is a great opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional looking for steady weekday hours and competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine apartment maintenance and repairs
• Handle work orders including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, and general upkeep
• Prepare units for move-in/move-out (turns)
• Maintain common areas and grounds as needed
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude
