BG Staffing is seeking a motivated and professional Apartment Leasing Consultant to join a dynamic property team. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys sales, resident interaction, and working in a fast-paced leasing office.

Schedule:

• Preferred: Tuesday–Saturday
• Standard Hours:
  • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phones and greet prospects professionally
• Follow up with prospects and maintain strong resident relationships
• Generate and process leases and lease paperwork
• Use CRM systems to track traffic, follow-ups, and leasing activity
• Support daily leasing office operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior apartment leasing experience preferred
• Experience with Yardi and/or other CRM systems is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Sales-minded with excellent customer service skills
