Lead Maintenance Supervisor (Certified) – Contract Role

Location: Overland Park, KS 66212

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Pay: $28/hr

Take the lead in maintaining a high‑performing multifamily community. This contract role is ideal for a certified maintenance professional who thrives on leadership, hands‑on work, and keeping properties operating at peak condition.

Job Description (Responsibilities):

• Supervise and support maintenance team and daily operations
• Oversee work orders, preventive maintenance, and make‑ready turns
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
• Ensure safety standards and Fair Housing compliance
• Coordinate vendors and maintain inventory control

Qualifications (Required):

• EPA Type II or Universal certification
• Multifamily maintenance leadership experience
• Own tools required
• Strong knowledge of building systems and HVAC
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
