BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for a community located at:

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician looking for consistent work. Full-time preferred, but part-time availability will be considered for the right candidate.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $21 per hour
• Status: Full-time (Part-time considered)
• Start: ASAP

Job Responsibilities

• Perform apartment service requests
• Complete make-ready/turns between residents
• Assist with grounds and exterior maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair common maintenance issues
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-kept community
• Follow work order and safety procedures

Requirements

• Apartment maintenance experience required
• Own tools required
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
