Location: Westfield, IN 46074

Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

BG Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a multifamily community in Westfield, IN. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable assisting with a variety of maintenance and grounds-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• General maintenance assistance for apartment units and common areas
• Groundskeeping and curb appeal support
• Trash and debris removal, including cleanup of the trash compactor area
• Assisting with light repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
• Supporting the onsite maintenance team with day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Previous apartment or maintenance experience is required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable wearing standard maintenance attire (required)
• Technicians should bring their own basic tools if possible (some tools are available onsite, but not all)
