We are urgently hiring a dependable, hard‑working Porter/Groundskeeper to support a well‑maintained apartment community. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and wants an opportunity to prove themselves in a visible, essential position.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, breezeways, and common areas
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Assist with general porter and grounds duties
• Help keep the community clean, safe, and welcoming

What We’re Looking For

• Prior porter or groundskeeping experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance is critical
• Ability to perform physical, outdoor work
• Professional attitude and pride in your work

Job Details

• Location: Clearwater, FL 33764
• Pay: $17/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 1‑hour lunch
• Start: IMMEDIATE (starting tomorrow)
