Position Overview

You’ll focus on preparing apartments for new residents while assisting with general maintenance needs. This role is ideal for a dependable technician who takes pride in quality work and maintains a professional, service‑focused attitude.

Essential Job Duties

• Prepare make‑ready apartments, including painting, minor carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs
• Perform basic maintenance tasks related to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with housekeeping and general property upkeep as needed

Qualifications

• Prior apartment maintenance or make‑ready experience preferred
• Working knowledge of basic maintenance functions
• Reliable, professional, and customer‑service oriented
• Comfortable participating in on‑call emergency rotation

• Pay Rate: $21/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• On Call: Emergency coverage as scheduled
