We’re hiring a dependable Make Ready Technician to help prepare apartments for move‑in and support a well‑maintained community. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail‑oriented, quick on turns, and looking to prove themselves in a role with long‑term potential.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare apartments for move‑in (make‑readies / unit turns)
• Perform painting, touch‑ups, and basic repairs
• Assist with cleaning and final move‑in readiness
• Support general maintenance and upkeep as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Prior make‑ready or apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work the full schedule
• Comfortable with hands‑on, physical work

• Location: Morristown, NJ 07960
• Pay: $20/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Start: IMMEDIATE
• Opportunity: Contract‑to‑Hire for the right candidate
