Salary: $85,000 – $90,000

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee multiple Multifamily Communities/Commercial Properties while working directly with ownership. This is a high-visibility leadership role designed for someone who takes full ownership of their portfolio, operates with precision, and thrives in a fast-growing environment.

This position is ideal for a motivated property management professional who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident in both operational execution and strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities


Portfolio & Operations Oversight

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple multifamily communities
  • Ensure properties are operating efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with ownership goals
  • Maintain strong occupancy and financial performance across sites
  • Conduct regular property walks and maintain a “boots on the ground” presence
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local/state regulations

Financial Performance

  • Manage rent collection and delinquency follow-up
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial reporting
  • Prepare and deliver detailed reports to ownership
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
  • Track and document property performance and operational updates

Leasing & Marketing Strategy

  • Oversee leasing efforts to maintain and increase occupancy
  • Develop and implement creative marketing initiatives
  • Analyze market trends and competitor data
  • Test and execute new leasing and marketing strategies
  • Lead outreach efforts and community engagement

Vendor & Contractor Management

  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
  • Coordinate maintenance and capital improvement projects
  • Negotiate pricing and ensure timely completion of work
  • Existing vendor/contractor relationships are a strong plus

Leadership & Communication

  • Work directly with ownership and provide consistent updates
  • Maintain professional and effective communication across teams
  • Ensure strong documentation and follow-up processes
  • Take full ownership of assigned portfolio performance
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to help grow the company

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a Property Manager role
  • Multifamily/Commercial experience required
  • Multi-site experience required
  • Strong background in leasing, marketing, and rent collection
  • Experience preparing reports for ownership or senior leadership
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Elite communication skills, well-spoken and strong written communication
  • Ability to operate independently and take initiative
  • Hands-on, solutions-oriented leadership style
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in helping grow a company
