Commercial Property Administrator (Contract)

Location: Dallas, TX 75201

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

Assignment Dates: April 13th – May 8th

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Commercial Property Administrator for a short-term contract assignment in the Dallas area. This role supports daily property operations, tenant relations, and vendor coordination for a commercial property.

Key Responsibilities:

Tenant Relations

• Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, handling calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
• Process and track tenant service requests in the work order system
• Prepare tenant move-in and move-out documentation
• Send accounts receivable and delinquency notices

Building Operations

• Assist in identifying and resolving maintenance and janitorial issues
• Help enforce property rules and regulations, including parking and common areas
• Support property management with tenant improvements, renovations, and move-ins
• Coordinate tenant onboarding and maintain accurate records
• Assist with updates to the work order system

Vendor Coordination

• Communicate with vendors for services such as custodial, landscaping, pest control, and security
• Assist with vendor onboarding and ensure required documentation and insurance are up to date

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial property management
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with property management systems is a plus
