Position Overview

You will help prepare apartments for move‑in and support resident maintenance needs, ensuring each home meets quality standards. This role is ideal for a dependable, detail‑oriented technician who takes pride in their work and is open to growing with the community.

Essential Job Duties

• Prepare make‑ready apartments, including painting, minor carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs
• Perform basic maintenance tasks related to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally
• Assist with general property upkeep and housekeeping duties as needed

Qualifications

• Prior apartment maintenance or make‑ready experience preferred
• Working knowledge of basic maintenance functions (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry)
• Reliable, professional, and service‑oriented
• Able to work independently and follow direction

Job Details

• Location: Phoenix, AZ 85382
• Pay Rate: $23/hour
• Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week
  • Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible scheduling within these hours)
• Type: Contract
• Start Date: IMMEDIATE
