LIHTC Leasing Specialist (Part-Time, Weekends Only)

Frederick, MD | $21/hr | Contract Role

Schedule: Saturday 10am–4pm, Sunday 1pm–5pm

Be the face of a multifamily community on weekends, supporting occupancy goals and ensuring accurate LIHTC compliance. This role is ideal for an experienced leasing professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, resident‑focused environment.

Job Responsibilities

• To conduct tours and close leases to support occupancy
• To process applications and lease files with LIHTC accuracy
• To assist with recertification tasks and compliance documentation
• To provide strong customer service to residents and prospects
• To maintain Fair Housing compliance at all times

Qualifications

• LIHTC / Tax Credit leasing experience required
• Multifamily/apartment leasing experience required
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi or Onesite required
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Ability to work weekends only
