Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician – Frederick, MD, 21702

Bring your technical expertise to a role where you’ll make a real impact! We’re seeking a skilled Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician for a contract assignment. If you’re HVAC certified, experienced, and tech-savvy, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional property management team.

Pay: $23 - $25/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Assignment Type: Contract

Job Responsibilities

• Complete general apartment maintenance and repairs
• Conduct unit inspections and perform preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Communicate professionally with third-party vendors and retrieve quotes
• Maintain accurate reports using computer and tablet

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred
• Versed in HUD INSPIRE inspections
• apartment maintenance experience
• Must have own tools
• Technically savvy: able to email, text, save reports, and use tablets
• Strong communication skills; comfortable working with senior tenants
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
