Pay Range: $22-27/hr (Based on Qualifications)

Job Description:

Open Positions & Qualifications:

Property Manager $25-27/hr

• 3–5+ years of affordable housing property management experience, including LIHTC 
• In-depth knowledge of HUD Handbook 4350.3, Section 8, and LIHTC regulations 
• Proven experience managing REAC inspections and LIHTC compliance reviews 
• Strong leadership, financial oversight, and compliance management skills 
• Proficiency with property management and compliance software 

Assistant Property Manager $20/hr

• Onsite apartment property management experience  
• Software requirements may apply – Yardi 
• Fair Housing knowledge is required  
• Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience required 
• Conflict management experience 
• Have dependable transportation to and from work 
• Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability 
• Ability and desire to jump in and assist with other community projects  
• Enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed 
• Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to co-workers and customers 

Preferred Certifications 

• Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) 
• Certified Public Housing Manager (CPHM) 
• Fair Housing Certification
