Apartment Property Manager – Lorain, OH 44055

Lead a thriving community and take full ownership of property operations, financial performance, and marketing initiatives. This contract role is ideal for an experienced leader with strong HUD/Tax Credit/LIHTC knowledge who can drive results and support residents with professionalism.

Job Description

• To oversee all daily property operations
• To manage budgets, financial reporting & rent performance
• To lead marketing, outreach & occupancy strategies
• To ensure compliance with HUD, Tax Credit & LIHTC regulations
• To utilize RealPage/OneSite for reporting and operations
• Contract role | $24/hr | M–F 8am–5pm

Qualifications & Required Skillsets

• Property management industry experience required
• HUD / Tax Credit / LIHTC experience required
• Strong leadership & staff management skills
• Ability to oversee budgets, financials & vendor coordination
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Strong communication, problem‑solving & customer‑service abilities
