Step into a vital role supporting a busy apartment community with certified-level maintenance expertise. You’ll handle essential repairs, ensure resident satisfaction, and help keep the property running at peak performance.

Job Description

• Complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance requests
• Assist with unit turns and make-ready tasks
• Maintain grounds and common areas
• Use personal tools to complete daily operations

Qualifications

• Prior apartment or residential maintenance experience
• EPA Type II or Universal certification
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Ability to diagnose and repair general maintenance issues
• Must provide own tools
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments
