Job Description

• Greet prospects and conduct property tours
• Process applications and support affordable housing compliance
• Assist with occupancy and retention efforts
• Use property management software for daily tasks
• Follow Fair Housing guidelines
• Contract role | $24/hr | Mon–Fri 8:30am–5pm

Qualifications

• Affordable housing leasing experience required
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Familiarity with property management software
• Strong customer service and communication skills
