LIHTC Leasing Consultant

Location: Frederick, MD 21701

Schedule: M–F | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM*

*Hours extend to Sat 10–4 / Sun 1–5 depending on leasing velocity

Pay: $20–$21/hr

Type: Contract to Hire

Join the leasing team and help drive occupancy by engaging prospects, touring units, and ensuring accurate LIHTC processing. A great role for someone skilled in tax‑credit leasing.

Job Description

• To greet prospects and provide property tours
• To process LIHTC applications and certifications
• To support leasing, renewals, and retention
• To maintain accurate resident files
• To provide strong customer service

Required Qualifications

• LIHTC/tax credit experience
• Experience processing tax‑credit apps/certifications
• Leasing or PM industry experience
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Strong communication and time‑management skills
