$23–$24/hour DOE | Monday–Saturday (Thursday off) | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Job Description

• Tour prospects and actively close leases to drive occupancy
• Follow up with leads, applications, and renewals
• Execute lease paperwork accurately and on time
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents
• Maintain Fair Housing compliance at all times
• Utilize property management software to track traffic, leases, and reporting

Qualifications

• Apartment industry / multifamily leasing experience required
• Proven sales closing ability in a leasing environment
• Knowledge of local market trends and competitor positioning
• Experience with property management software Yardi, Knock, CRM
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Fair Housing knowledge and compliance required
