Job Description

• To greet and assist prospects through the full leasing process
• To conduct tours and confidently close leases
• To complete applications, leasing files, and move‑in paperwork
• To deliver excellent customer service and follow Fair Housing guidelines
• To support office operations as needed

Location: Pittsburg, CA

Pay: $23/hr

Type: Contract role



Required Skills

• Property management industry experience
• Strong closing & sales ability
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, Entrata, Onesite, etc.)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fast‑paced communities
• Bilingual skills a plus
