Job Description

• Perform general maintenance across the property
• Complete repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry & appliances
• Respond to work orders efficiently and professionally
• Maintain a clean, safe, and functional community
• Use your own tools for daily tasks

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8AM–5PM

Pay: $22–$24/hr (depending on experience)

Type: Contract-to-Hire

• Well‑rounded apartment maintenance experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair multiple systems
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and professional
• Own basic tools required for the job
