Job Description

• To complete general apartment maintenance: plumbing, electrical, carpentry & appliances
• To troubleshoot and resolve daily work orders
• To support unit turns and make‑ready tasks
• To maintain common areas and uphold safety standards
• To work independently and communicate professionally with residents

Required Skills

• Previous apartment or property maintenance experience
• Valid driver’s license required
• Own tools required
• Ability to complete basic repairs across trades
• Strong troubleshooting and customer‑service skills
• HVAC or EPA experience a plus
• Familiarity with Yardi or RealPage systems
