Job Description

• To greet prospects and conduct professional property tours
• To process applications using property management software
• To meet leasing goals and maintain strong closing ratios
• To demonstrate Fair Housing compliance
• To provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous leasing consultant experience
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Customer service and communication skills
• Fair Housing knowledge
• Ability to use property management software such as:
  • Yardi
  • AppFolio
  • RealPage/OneSite
  • Entrata
• Ability to start immediately

Schedule & Pay

• Tues–Fri | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• $25–$26/hr based on experience
• Contract‑to‑Hire • Immediate Start
